Call centre outsourcing in Dubai, without the visa file.
We shortlist vetted offshore contact centres already handling UAE accounts — Arabic and English voice agents, working your timings and your weekend, on one all-inclusive per-seat rate.
Shortlist in 72 hours · Zero cost to you · 8–60 seats · We revert within one working day
A Dubai call centre seat is expensive for reasons that have nothing to do with the agent: visa and Emirates ID, medical insurance, gratuity accrual, desk space, telecom and licence charges. Offshore, all of that sits with the vendor and reaches you as a single monthly rate.
One rate, everything in it
Recruitment, training, QA, team lead, telephony and seat licences are inside the per-seat rate. No visa renewals, no WPS, no gratuity accrual on your books.
UAE timings, seven days
Offshore floors run shift patterns as standard, so Monday–Friday, Saturday retail peaks and after-hours cover are a rostering decision rather than an overtime bill.
Live in weeks, not quarters
Eight to sixty seats sourced, trained and on your systems while a local hiring round would still be waiting on approvals and visas.
What is covered
Arabic and English voice teams, matched to your sector.
Arabic voice comes from Cairo and Amman; English, Hindi and Malayalam volume comes from Delhi NCR, Kochi and Kolkata. We choose the hub on your language and sector, not on the cheapest quotation of the month — and most UAE accounts end up split across two locations.
Scope of work
Inbound customer care
Order status, account queries, complaints and escalation handling in Arabic and English, worked to a written answer-time and CSAT target.
Outbound & sales
Lead qualification, renewals, appointment fixing and payment follow-up, with call recordings and scripts you approve first.
After-hours & 24/7
Night and weekend cover for hospitality, delivery, healthcare and logistics, including Ramadan rosters planned against the Hijri calendar.
Questions we get asked
Does this affect our Emiratisation quota?
Offshore agents sit on the vendor's payroll in another country, so they are outside your local headcount entirely — they neither help nor harm your quota. Confirm your exact position with your PRO or legal advisor.
What is the minimum size?
Around eight seats. Below that the management effort on both sides eats up the saving, and one strong local hire usually works better.
Will Egyptian Arabic be accepted by our customers?
For most consumer support, yes — Egyptian Arabic is the most widely understood dialect in the region and agents move toward MSA when needed. Where genuine Khaleeji dialect is a must, we source Gulf-dialect speakers at a higher rate.
