Back office work, off your team's desk.
Order processing, LPO and invoice entry, KYC checks and CRM clean-up handled by a managed offshore team on your systems — at one all-inclusive per-seat rate, with no visa file attached.
Steady-state or seasonal · 8–60 seats · Shortlist in 72 hours · Zero cost to you
Back office is where a Gulf team quietly loses its week. It is process work with clear rules and measurable output, which makes it the easiest function to move offshore first — and the easiest to prove within a quarter.
Roughly a third of a local seat
Once visa, Emirates ID, insurance, gratuity accrual, desk space and licence charges are counted, a Dubai processing seat costs far more than the salary line suggests. Offshore it is one quoted rate.
Measured in units, not hours
Back office suits output-based reporting — documents processed, entries keyed, error rate — so you can see whether it is working without sitting on call recordings.
Seasonal volume without seasonal hiring
Dubai Shopping Festival, post-Eid returns and year-end reconciliation are handled with temporary extra seats agreed beforehand, then stood down.
What is covered
Kolkata, Kochi and Delhi NCR for steady-state process work.
These hubs carry the deepest back-office benches, lower attrition and lower rates than voice-heavy locations. Where a task needs Arabic — document checking, Arabic CRM records, bilingual correspondence — we place it with the Cairo or Amman team instead.
Scope of work
Order & returns processing
Order entry, exchange and refund handling, courier follow-up and exception queues worked to an agreed turnaround.
Invoice & LPO entry
Supplier invoice keying, LPO matching, statement reconciliation and payment follow-up into your ERP or accounting system.
KYC & document checks
Trade licence, Emirates ID and passport document verification against your checklist, with audit trail and four-eyes review where required.
Questions we get asked
Can the team work inside our own systems?
Yes. Agents work in your ERP, CRM or helpdesk through controlled access — named accounts, role-based permissions and access reviews, with the arrangement documented before go-live.
How is VAT handled on an offshore service?
Imported services normally fall under the reverse-charge mechanism, so you account for the VAT in your own return — 5% in the UAE, 15% in Saudi Arabia. Treatment depends on your TRN registration and place of supply, so have your tax consultant confirm it.
What about data restrictions?
Before you sign you get the hosting country named, the transfer mechanism documented, a signed DPA and the vendor's ISO 27001 and SOC 2 evidence. We do not offer in-country hosting inside the UAE or Saudi Arabia.
